What is not published here yet
A returns period and a warranty are commitments the business has to make. Neither has been made, so neither is published.
- Whether returns are accepted, on what terms, within what period, and who pays carriage
- A returns and refunds policy
- The warranty offered on a cutting tool, and its limits
- Any warranty statement
Each of these is a business or legal decision. Nothing on this page invents one.
What applies today
Nothing is bought through this website: there is no checkout, no payment is taken and no order is placed online. Any supply arises from a written quotation, and the terms covering a return, a replacement or a credit are the ones agreed in writing for that supply.
If a tool supplied by EUROCUTPRECISION is not as specified, raise it through the contact page with the part number and the quotation reference.
Rights that exist regardless
Nothing published on this site, now or later, removes a right a buyer has by law. Where a consumer-protection or sale-of-goods regime applies to a transaction, it applies whatever a policy page says — and a policy that appeared to say otherwise would be unenforceable in that part, not effective.
