Terms of Use
These terms cover the use of this website and the information published on it. They are not terms of sale. No conditions of sale have been published, and nothing here creates a contract to supply anything.

What is not published here yet
Terms of use can describe a website. They cannot describe a sale until the business has decided what it is offering.
- Registered company name, legal form, registered address, company registration number and VAT number
- Identification of the data controller; the trader-identity disclosure that EU and UK law require of a commercial website
- Governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction
- The terms of use
- Conditions of sale: Incoterms, payment terms, currency, lead times, tax treatment, title and risk
- Any terms of sale, and all direct online commerce
- The warranty offered on a cutting tool, and its limits
- Any warranty statement
Each of these is a business or legal decision. Nothing on this page invents one.
What these terms cover
Using this website means reading it, searching the catalogue, comparing tools and sending a quotation request. These terms apply to all of that.
They do not cover the supply of goods. A quotation request sent through this site is an enquiry and nothing more: it does not reserve stock, does not fix a price, does not commit either side to anything, and does not form a contract. A price, a lead time and the conditions attached to them exist only in a written quotation issued in reply.
What the published technical information is
This site publishes two different kinds of technical content and labels which is which on every page.
- Published product specifications — dimensional and identification data for the Z5 series, from the approved specification dataset. Where a field has not been supplied by the manufacturer, the page says so and leaves it empty. It is never estimated, inferred from the geometry, or filled with a plausible value.
- General engineering reference — the Technical Center. Standard machining knowledge, published as an aid to selection and calculation. It is explicitly not EUROCUTPRECISION test data, carries no cutting parameter for any EUROCUTPRECISION tool, and must not be read as one.
A cutting parameter that is correct for one machine, fixture, workpiece and coolant strategy is wrong for another. Nothing on this site is a recommendation for a specific job, and the responsibility for proving a process on the actual machine remains with the person running it.
Three-dimensional models
Where a 3D model is shown, it is the manufacturer's own nominal geometry, converted for display by a recorded and verified process. It is provided to help identify and visualise a tool. It is not a metrology artefact and carries no tolerance. Where a model and the specification table on the same page appear to disagree, the specification table is correct.
The models are displayed on this site and are not offered for download. Redistribution rights have not been granted.
Availability of the site
The site is under active expansion, which is stated on every page and described on the platform status page. Sections are added as the data behind them is confirmed. No undertaking is given that the site will be available uninterrupted, or that any particular section will appear by any particular date.
Content on this site
The text, photography, drawings, page designs and 3D models on this site are the property of EUROCUTPRECISION or of its suppliers, and are published for the purpose of informing customers about the products. Reproducing them elsewhere, or using them in a competing catalogue, is not permitted without written agreement.

Conditions of sale
No policy has been published for this yet. Incoterms, payment terms, currency, tax treatment, title, risk, lead times and warranty have not been settled, and this page will not state any of them until they have been.
Two related pages exist and say the same thing for the same reason: shipping and delivery and returns and refunds.
Until those are published, every commercial term that applies to an order is the one written into the quotation issued for it.
