Shipping and Delivery
No policy has been published for this yet. This page exists so that the absence is visible rather than silent.

What is not published here yet
A delivery promise is a commercial commitment. None has been made, so none is published.
- Conditions of sale: Incoterms, payment terms, currency, lead times, tax treatment, title and risk
- Any terms of sale, and all direct online commerce
- Carriers, territories served, dispatch and delivery times, shipping charges, customs and duty treatment
- A shipping and delivery policy
Each of these is a business or legal decision. Nothing on this page invents one.
What applies today
No goods are ordered through this website. Every enquiry is answered with a written quotation, and the delivery terms that apply to an order are the ones written into that quotation — carrier, Incoterms, dispatch time and charges included.
If you need delivery information before enquiring, ask for it in the quotation request: the answer will be specific to the destination and the quantity, which is the only way it can be accurate.
Why this page does not estimate
A published delivery time that has not been agreed with a carrier and a manufacturer is a guess that a reader will treat as a commitment. Lead times for solid carbide tooling depend on the quantity, the variant and whether the item is ground to order — a single number on a policy page cannot be true for all of them.
